What a coach is for
Life coaching is time with someone trained to help you get clear on what you want outside work, and to keep going once you've started. Bring confidence, habits, a sense of direction or a decision you keep putting off.
Say it out loud.
Talk through what's on your mind, from a habit you want to build to a decision you keep putting off.
Pick a next step.
Turn a big wish, like more confidence or more time for what matters, into one or two things to try this week.
Keep going.
Your coach checks in, looks at what worked with you, and adjusts the plan as you go.
Your first session
Your coach asks what's going on and what you'd like to change. You talk it through together, and you leave with one or two things to try before you meet again. Everyone moves at their own pace.

Questions
What can life coaching help with?
Confidence, habits and routines, a sense of purpose and direction, a big decision, family, friends and more. You choose what to work on in the first questions.
Do I need a big goal to start?
No. You can start with a feeling that something could be better. Your coach helps you name it and pick a first step.
How much does it cost?
You'll see the price, what it includes and exactly when you'd be charged on the last screen, before you pay anything. Answering the questions is free.
What's included?
Weekly video sessions + messaging anytime.
Who are the coaches?
Every coach has completed a coach training program. We read every application ourselves and ask for proof of training.
How do you pick my coach?
A matching specialist reads your answers and picks a coach for what you told us. We email you when your coach is confirmed.
What if my coach isn't the right fit?
Tell us, and we'll find you someone else. You can change coaches any time, free.
How do I cancel?
Online, any time, from the link in your confirmation email.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is for goals, decisions and change. It isn't therapy, medical care or crisis care. If you're in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
Can I join from outside the US?
Not yet. For now, our coaching is for people in the United States.
What happens to my answers?
They go to the matching specialist who picks your coach, and to your coach. An AI model may read them to suggest a follow-up question or two. We don't sell them. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
