Who are the coaches?
Every coach has completed a coach training program. We read every application ourselves and ask for proof of training.
How do you pick my coach?
A matching specialist reads your answers and picks a coach for what you told us. We email you when your coach is confirmed.
What if my coach isn't the right fit?
Tell us, and we'll find you someone else. You can change coaches any time, free.
How do I cancel?
Online, any time, from the link in your confirmation email.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is for goals, decisions and change. It isn't therapy, medical care or crisis care. If you're in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
Can I join from outside the US?
Not yet. For now, our coaching is for people in the United States.
What happens to my answers?
They go to the matching specialist who picks your coach, and to your coach. An AI model may read them to suggest a follow-up question or two. We don't sell them. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
What can career coaching help with?
Finding a new job, changing careers, growing in your role or getting promoted, leading people, interviews and your resume, and asking for better pay. You choose what to work on in the first questions.
Is a career coach the same as a recruiter?
No. A recruiter fills jobs for companies. Your coach works with you on what you want, your plan and your next step. We don't place people in jobs.
Do I need a big goal to start?
No. You can start with a feeling that something could be better. Your coach helps you name it and pick a first step.
