Corgi Coaching is an online career coaching service. We match clients with trained coaches for 1:1 video sessions. You bring the coaching; we handle marketing, matching, scheduling, billing and admin. We welcome applications from coaches in the US and internationally.
What we provide and pay for
In a private coaching practice, all of this comes out of your fees. Here, we pay for it.
ClientsWe run the advertising and pay for it.
Intake and matchingWe match every new client to a coach by their goals, industry and availability.
Scheduling and remindersClients book into the hours you set, and we send the reminders.
Billing and collectionsClients pay us directly, and we answer their billing questions. No invoices and no unpaid bills to chase.
Payment feesCard and payment processing fees are ours. Nothing is deducted from your rate.
No-show protectionA no-show, or a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, still pays you the full session fee.

These are our current standard rates, as of September 30, 2026, and they may change. A new rate applies from when it is shown to you, and never to work you have already done. The rate for each client is shown to you before you accept that client. Your independent contractor agreement sets how rates and payment work, and it governs if anything on this page differs. Nothing here is a contract or a promise of any number of clients, sessions or earnings. You are responsible for your own taxes. Coaches who are US taxpayers receive a 1099.

Credentials we welcome
ICF ACC, PCC and MCC
BCC, Board Certified Coach
Graduates of ICF-accredited or other established coach training programs
We are looking for
Completed coach training (an ICF credential is preferred, not required)
50 or more coaching hours
Career coaching experience
Comfortable coaching over video
Excellent written communication
Requirements
Based in the US or internationally, and legally able to work as an independent contractor where you live
A bank account that can receive payouts through Stripe
A private, professional space for video sessions and a reliable internet connection
An independent contractor engagement, not employment
Coaching on Corgi Coaching is not therapy. Coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are also a licensed clinician, you coach here in a coaching capacity only.
