Questions
Is a career coach the same as a recruiter?
No. A recruiter fills jobs for companies. Your coach works with you on what you want, your plan and your next step. We don't place people in jobs.
I'm between jobs. Can I sign up?
Yes. You need to be 18 or older and in the United States.
Can my coach help me prepare for a specific interview?
Yes. Tell your coach about it in a message, then use your weekly session to practice your answers out loud. Your coach may not reply right away, so let them know early.
How much does it cost?
You'll see the price, what it includes and exactly when you'll be charged on the last screen, before you pay anything. Answering the questions is free.
Who are the coaches?
We personally check every applicant for training, credentials and experience, and accept only 1 in 100 coach applications. Every one has completed a coach training program.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is for goals, decisions and change. It isn't therapy, medical care or crisis care. If you're in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
Can I join from outside the US?
Not yet. Our coaching is for people in the United States.
What happens to my answers?
They go to the matching specialist who picks your coach, and to your coach. An AI model may read them to suggest a follow-up question or two. We don't sell them. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
